The El Paso County Junior Livestock Sale Committee (Committee) has contracted with StockShowAuctions.com, an online sale company

to provide for online auction style bidding in conjunction with and simultaneous with the live auction. As part of the online platform,

exhibitors are allowed to customize a sale page specific to their project.


In order to participate in the online features associated with the StockShowAuctions.com platform(Online Platform), the exhibitor and their respective parents/guardians must voluntarily consent to a Photo and Likeness Image Release from Responsibility, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver Form (Release
Form). The Release Form must be signed and returned to the Committee to be granted access to the Online Platform. In addition, an Online Terms and Conditions Release must be signed by the respective parent/guardian.


Instructions for creating a profile:

  • Go to stockshowauctions.com

  • Returning members can use same username and password as last year.

  • New members need to Click on “Register”

  • For Portal Instructions:

o Click on the “Exhibitors” Tab
o Click on “Exhibitor Instructions” for detailed information on how to register and enter
your lot. Be sure to select El Paso County Junior Livestock Sale – CO

  • Starting Bid: Do not complete, this will be the buyback price and entered prior to the Sale

  • Reserve: Do NOT use


Description area—suggested topics to cover:

  • Name of animal

  • Breed of animal

  • Number of Years in the 4-H/FFA Project

  • Favorite Part of Project

  • Educational value you have gained through the project or 4-H/FFA in general

  • Something unique about you

  • Topics to avoid: Your age, address, school attended, and/or personal information

  • Thanks to generous sponsorships by Farmers State Bank of Calhan and Ed Glaser Propane, Inc., exhibitors can download pictures free of charge.  The downloaded pictures will have the sponsor’s logos in the lower corner of the picture.

  • Pictures that do not contain the sponsor logos are also available for purchase from Flying M Photography.
